• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in operations management within a hypermarket chain.
• Strong leadership, mentorship and development of staff.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning for operational improvements
• Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution ensuring a proactive approach to operational challenges
