We are seeking a high-caliber Branch Manager to lead our large-format hypermarket operations in Oman.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a large-format hypermarket.
• Drive sales and exceed monthly turnover targets of 500,000 OMR.
• Manage P&L, including labor costs, shrinkage, and operational expenses.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of department managers and staff.
• Ensure world‑class standards in merchandising, stock availability, and customer service.
• Maintain strict compliance with Oman’s regulatory and health‑safety requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• 10+ years of retail experience, with 5+ years in a senior management role.
• Mandatory: Previous experience managing hypermarkets in Oman.
• Proven success handling stores with a monthly turnover of 0.5M OMR+.
• Expertise in inventory management and supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
