• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Hypermarket Manager in a good Hypermarket in Oman.
• Strong Knowledge of retail operations, P&L management and people leadership
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem – solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems.
• Experience in driving sales, improving customer experience and managing budgets
• Omani market experience is a must
• Indian nationality with valid resident ID in Oman.
