Job summary

Season's Hypermarket in Oman is seeking an experienced store operations leader to oversee daily store activities, ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow across all departments.

You will train and motivate a team of retail associates, manage inventory controls to minimize shrinkage, and drive sales performance through data-driven strategies and proactive loss prevention. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in large retail and a track record of developing teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or retail management is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a hypermarket or large retail environment.
• Proven track record of leading and developing teams to achieve store objectives.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations ensuring seamless customer service and efficient workflow across all departments.
• Manage and motivate a team of retail associates, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Control inventory levels, implementing stock management procedures to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability.
• Monitor sales performance, analyzing data to identify trends and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
