Job summary

ELSA is seeking a seasoned Procurement Leader in Oman to manage procurement activities for offshore exploration, drilling, development and production operations. You will coordinate tendering, supplier evaluations, and contract awards, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Management or related field and at least 10 years of procurement experience, preferably in oil and gas.

• Good English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and contract activities to support offshore exploration, drilling, development, and production operations.
• Execute procurement processes in compliance with Company procedures, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate tender activities, supplier evaluations, and contract award processes.
• Support sourcing strategies, cost optimization, and commercial risk assessment.
• Provide procurement support for urgent operational requirements and governance activities.
