Job summary

NES Global Talent is looking for a Construction Division Manager to oversee construction activities for an LNG project in Sohar, Oman. The successful candidate will lead project execution, ensuring that safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.

The ideal candidate must have over 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects and at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. This is a long-term contractual role, requiring onsite presence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in Oil & Gas construction/projects.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership/management role.
• Expertise in fabrication, construction, and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of construction & fabrication activities.
• Ensure compliance with construction execution plans.
• Provide monthly progress reports including KPIs.
