Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Membership in an internationally recognized professional institute is preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of relevant experience in contracting and sourcing, inventory management, cost modelling, and change management, with at least 7 years in a senior role.
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain management processes, systems, and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in data management tools, software applications, ERP systems, and SAP sourcing functionality.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for procurement activities to support project delivery and sourcing of materials.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain lifecycle for each purchase order, ensuring contract compliance.
• Lead and develop sourcing and logistics personnel and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive continuous improvement across contracting, sourcing, logistics, expediting, inventory, and preservation.
