Job summary

AimGulf is seeking an Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) to lead safety-critical operations aboard an offshore installation in Saudi waters. You will maintain command and control during emergencies, ensure plans are well executed, and verify compliance with approved procedures and policies.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years as Rig Manager or OIM, a high school diploma, and MEM certification, plus training in Dropped Objects, Helicopter Underwater Escape Training, BOSIET, H2S awareness,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years offshore leadership experience.
Strong safety culture and incident investigation skills.
Ability to work in harsh offshore environments and manage crews.

Responsibilities

Maintain command and control of the installation during emergencies.
Ensure all operations are planned and executed per approved plans and procedures.
Plan and supervise drilling-related activities and equipment inspections.
Lead safety meetings and contribute to hazard management and Stop Work activities.
Mentor and develop rig personnel in emergency duties and safety.
Review and approve documentation impacting area of responsibility.
