Job summary

Thehseleader is seeking a seasoned HSE Lead to head the Health, Safety & Environment system for offshore fabrication yard operations in Oman. You will ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, client standards, and statutory regulations to achieve zero harm and zero incidents.

You will develop and maintain the Project HSE Plan, lead risk assessments, JSA, PTW, and ensure safe execution of heavy fabrication, welding, and hazardous material handling, with a strong safety

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HSE activities within the offshore fabrication yard.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Plan, procedures, and guidelines.
• Promote a strong HSE culture across all levels of the workforce.
• Advise Yard Management on HSE risks, performance, and improvement initiatives.
• Local statutory regulations and labor laws compliance.
• Client and project-specific HSE requirements.
• Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
