AimGulf is seeking an experienced Offshore Toolpusher for a client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on leading drilling operations, enforcing HSE standards and coordinating with crew to ensure safe, efficient performance.

The candidate will manage SOAR programs, maintain equipment, and participate in incident investigations, with emphasis on continuous improvement and adherence to operator instructions and company policies.

Competenze

Diploma or degree in drilling, mechanical or petroleum engineering.
MEM (Major Emergency Management) certificate is required.
Well-control supervisor training from an approved center.
Rig induction, H2S, OGUK medical and safety training certifications.

Mansioni

Lead and supervise drilling operations safely during shifts.
Manage and review HSE procedures and SOAR program participation.
Ensure compliance with RMS, HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate planning and execution of drilling programs per operator instructions.
Maintain tubular inventory and well control equipment.
Provide relief for the Driller as required.
Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
