Job summary

Talent Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead change initiatives for government digital transformation in Oman. The role demands extensive OCM expertise, stakeholder engagement, and bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.

You will design comprehensive OCM strategies, guide governance structures, and ensure alignment with national digital transformation roadmaps while mentoring junior analysts and coordinating with senior officials

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive experience in organizational change management and digital transformation.
• Accredited change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, CCMP).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Spearhead OCM strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps for government digital transformation in Oman.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Design and execute communication plans, training curricula, and engagement campaigns to drive adoption.
