Detailed Job Description:

As a Senior Consultant in Organizational Change Management (OCM) supporting government digital transformation projects in Oman via Talent Arabia, you will take full operational, tactical, and strategic ownership of change adoption frameworks, stakeholder engagement plans, and transition management lifecycles. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing comprehensive OCM strategies, conducting impact assessments, aligning senior government stakeholders, and embedding change management best practices into large-scale public sector modernization programs. You will coordinate closely with project directors, IT implementation teams, and ministerial stakeholders, manage immediate to 15 days notice period requirements, and ensure flawless bilingual communication in both Arabic and English. Furthermore, you will mentor junior change analysts, establish governance structures, and ensure strict alignment with national digital transformation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:
