Job summary

Al Toobi New Enterprises is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Executive to lead and optimize the performance of all restaurant outlets. You will drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards and food safety across multiple locations.

The role involves managing P&L, labor, and food costs, building a high-performing operations team, and coordinating with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years in Food & Beverage industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior operations role.
• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant outlets.
• HACCP/food-safety knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of all restaurant outlets and ensure consistency in service, food quality, cleanliness, and brand compliance.
• Review P&L statements and financial reports; monitor costs and budgets to drive profitability.
• Oversee multi-unit operations through Area and Restaurant Managers; ensure SOP and policy adherence.
• Drive exceptional guest experience and protect brand reputation across locations.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets; monitor food, beverage, labor, and overhead costs.
• Ensure food safety and compliance with HACCP and regulations; lead audits and corrective actions.
• Lead talent development and succession planning for outlet teams.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and supply chain to minimize waste and losses.
• Support strategic planning, new openings, and cross-department collaboration.
• Prepare and present weekly to quarterly performance reports to senior management.
