Job summary

Al Toobi New Enterprises is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee daily activities across multiple restaurant outlets in Muscat. You will develop strategies, ensure service quality, manage budgets, and drive profitability while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidate has 8–10 years in F&B, 5+ years in senior operations, multi-unit management experience, and strong HACCP knowledge. Responsibilities include P&L reviews, supplier coordination, and team development across locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations of all restaurant outlets.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure consistency in service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and brand compliance across all locations.
Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when required.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets.
Review outlet P&L statements and key financial reports.
Identify opportunities to improve revenue, productivity, and operational performance.
Monitor labour, food, and overhead costs; manage budgets.
Oversee inventory and supply chain coordination across outlets.
Ensure HACCP and food safety compliance; coordinate health & safety procedures.
Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and outlet leadership teams.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
