Job summary

Client of Dynamic Staffing Solutions in Oman seeks a senior Mechanical Engineer for plant shutdowns. You will provide technical support for maintenance of mechanical equipment in fertilizer plants, including openings, cleaning, and box-up activities.

A BE in Mechanical with 10+ years of experience is required, with 3–4 shutdown projects in GCC. Strong coordination and hands-on maintenance skills are essential to succeed in this role, which demands readiness to work long shifts during shutdown

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
• Experience in 3–4 shutdowns in fertilizer or petrochemical plants in GCC.
• Good knowledge of static equipment in turnarounds; strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for maintenance of mechanical equipment in fertilizer plants.
• Oversee opening, cleaning, internal removal, repair and box-up activities during shutdowns.
• Coordinate shutdown activities with maintenance teams and contractors.
