GFCL EV PRODUCTS LIMITED is seeking a qualified individual for mechanical maintenance leadership in Oman, Dhofar. The successful candidate will handle total maintenance activities for the LPF Project and lead a team of engineers and technicians. Responsibilities include conducting condition monitoring, managing budgets, and ensuring safety compliance.

Potential candidates should have a BE in Mechanical, along with 18–25 years of relevant experience. A positive attitude, technical knowledge, and effective leadership skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

• Handle total mechanical maintenance activities of LPF Project and Plant maintenance.
• Lead a team of Engineers and technicians to achieve organizational objectives.
• Conduct condition monitoring and root cause analysis of problems for long‑term solutions.
• Monitor and control contractor work.
• Maintain budget control and inventory management.
• Ensure safety compliance, sustainability, and integrity.
• Prepare monthly reports.

Responsibilities for Managers

• Formulate safety policies and procedures.

• Demonstrate visible leadership.

Qualifications

• BE (Mechanical) from a well‑known institute.
• 18–25 years of experience in plant maintenance at a large chemical plant.
• Good technical knowledge and ability to lead a team effectively.
• Positive attitude and dedicated approach.
• SAP exposure is an added advantage.
• GCC experience is preferred.
