Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in gearbox service and rotary equipment.
• Proven track record in major shutdowns with independent site leadership.
• Domestic and international exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrange daily work for maintenance tasks, ensuring targets are met.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for equipment.
• Report equipment issues and propose solutions to management.
• Foster cost awareness and engage in technical innovation activities.
• Approve management systems and SOPs related to maintenance operations.
