Job summary

Namasys Analytics in Muscat, Oman seeks a seasoned ManageEngine expert to manage and optimize monitoring across OpManager and Applications Manager. You will lead incident detection, SLA-driven resolutions, and proactive reporting to ensure platform reliability and performance.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on ManageEngine experience, strong automation skills, and the ability to design scalable monitoring architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with ManageEngine products in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in ManageEngine OpManager, Applications Manager, and related Operations & Applications solutions.
• Proven experience in designing, deploying, configuring, and maintaining monitoring platforms, including performance monitoring, alerting, reporting, and integrations with ITSM, security, and infrastructure tools.
• Experience in incident management, SLA-based operations, monitoring optimization, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Relevant professional certifications in ManageEngine or related technologies will be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system, application, and infrastructure issues across ManageEngine platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and manage incidents and alerts raised by the SDP team, ensuring timely investigation, prioritization, escalation, resolution, and closure in accordance with defined SLAs.
• Configure and optimize monitoring settings, alert thresholds, correlation rules, and dashboards to improve visibility, reduce false positives, and enable proactive issue detection.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows to streamline incident response, remediation, reporting, and routine operational tasks.
• Manage software updates, security patches, hotfixes, and version upgrades for ManageEngine platforms and associated components.
• Perform preventive maintenance, platform upgrades, and performance optimization to ensure system stability, reliability, and scalability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering system configurations, change records, SOPs, automation workflows, and technical runbooks.
• Prepare and present operational and management reports covering incidents, root causes, monitoring effectiveness, system health, trends, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure, security, and other IT teams to ensure effective monitoring and incident management.
