Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, International Trade, Engineering Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of EPC project management or international trade experience, with at least 5 years in logistics management.
• Solid understanding of logistics and procurement processes; renewable energy background is a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of international import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs policies.
• Excellent English for daily communication, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to be based in Oman and undertake overseas assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics inquiries and feasibility studies during the bidding phase, delivering cost estimates and feasibility reports.
• Procurement and tender documentation for logistics services; support bidding processes.
• Coordinate and supervise logistics operations, including customs, tax exemption applications, export/import clearance and inland delivery.
• Arrange cargo insurance coverage and manage insurer requirements and claims.
• Liaise with government authorities to obtain permits, import licenses and exemptions.
