Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment is seeking a Hot Kitchen CDP in Muscat to manage kitchen operations, scheduling, and essential records. The CDP is responsible for all outputs from the kitchen and will cover for higher roles when needed, under the Head Chef and Operations Manager guidance.

The ideal candidate holds a culinary diploma or certificate and has GCC experience with strong knowledge of international cuisine and modern techniques. This role is full-time and on-site in Muscat.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of GCC experience.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations, scheduling, and documentation.
• Maintain day-to-day production and quality control in the kitchen.
• Assist or cover for senior chefs as needed under supervision.
