Job summary

Chedi Hospitality in Muscat, Oman, is seeking a Chef de Partie (hot kitchen) to join our luxury culinary team in an onsite, full-time capacity.

You will manage your station, prepare mise en place, supervise proper food handling, and work closely with the Head Chef to uphold the highest hospitality standards. Must have a minimum of 2 years CDP experience in a 5-star hotel or similar, a valid food handling certificate, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CDP experience in a 5-star hotel or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee station during shift, ensuring mise en place and timely dish execution.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and uphold health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with chefs and service staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Train and support junior team members and ensure a clean, organized work area.
