Job summary

Oman Investment Authority seeks a Senior Engineer Hydraulics & Lubrication Maintenance to lead maintenance strategies for hydraulic and lubrication assets at the Copper Concentrator Plant. You will drive reliability, asset integrity, and optimization across HPUs, lubrication skids, pumps, valves, and related equipment.

You will provide technical leadership to maintenance teams, collaborate with operations and project groups, and ensure safe, cost-effective operation while supporting shutdowns

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or higher diploma.
10+ years of experience in a copper concentrator plant or similar process plant with hydraulic and lubrication assets.
Minimum 8 years in hydraulic and lubrication maintenance and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance for hydraulic and lubrication systems across the concentrator plant.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize reliability and availability.
Coordinate shutdowns, planning, scheduling and execution.
Drive reliability improvement and contamination control programs.
Ensure asset integrity and compliance with safety standards.
