Job summary

Oman Investment Authority seeks a Senior Engineer Reliability & Performance to lead reliability programs across mining and related assets. You will drive improvements in equipment availability and operational performance, applying RCA, FMEA, and RCM methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, reliability engineering, or asset management.
10+ years in reliability engineering, asset management, maintenance optimization or performance improvement in mining, minerals processing or heavy industry.
Experience supporting commissioning, start-up and ramp-up activities is desirable.
Certifications in maintenance and reliability (e.g., CMRP, CRE, ARP, IAM) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and continuously improve reliability engineering programs and methodologies across fixed plant, utilities and infrastructure assets.
Lead asset reliability improvement initiatives to improve equipment availability and performance.
Monitor asset performance and implement performance indicators and health indices.
Lead RCFA, FMEA and risk-based maintenance activities to optimize maintenance strategies.
Analyze and eliminate recurring failures, driving defect elimination across maintenance and operations teams.
