Employment is seeking a Senior HVAC Project Engineer to lead and manage HVAC projects from initiation through delivery. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and client engagement to ensure on-time, on-budget results with the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/HVAC engineering and at least 15 years of leadership experience in HVAC project management, with strong communication and team-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or HVAC engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of HVAC project management experience.
• Proven leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC projects from initiation to delivery within budget and schedule.
• Plan projects, define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and monthly invoicing.
• Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and handle escalations.
• Ensure QA, compliance with codes and standards.
• Prepare proposals and present updates to senior management.
