Job summary

SOCAT LLC is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environment across our operations in Oman. You will lead HSE officers, conduct site inspections and risk assessments, and drive incident investigations with actionable corrective actions.

Focus on strengthening food safety, occupational health, and workplace safety practices. You will work closely with Operations and clients to elevate safety performance and build a proactive safety culture with measurable results across

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HSE across multiple sites.
• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent recognized certs are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and regulatory liaison skills.

SOCAT LLC is looking for an experienced, proactive and results-driven HSE Manager to lead our Health, Safety & Environment function across our operations in Oman.Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and manage HSE officers across multiple operational sites. Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with Omani regulations, client requirements and international HSE standards. Drive incident investigations, root cause analysis and timely closure of corrective actions. Strengthen food safety, occupational health and workplace safety practices. Develop and deliver practical HSE awareness and training programs. Work closely with Operations and clients to improve safety performance. Build a proactive safety culture with measurable results.

Proven experience in HSE management, preferably within catering, hospitality, facilities management or industrial services. Recognized HSE qualifications, preferably NEBOSH. Strong leadership and communication skills. Demonstrated experience managing HSE teams across multiple locations. Ability and willingness to travel regularly to remote operational sites across Oman. Strong knowledge of incident investigation, risk management and corrective action processes. Confident in dealing with clients, operational teams and regulatory authorities.
