Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an FP&A Manager for Saudi Arabia to lead regional planning, analysis and reporting. The role is office-based, contractor-style, with a 6-month assignment.

You will partner with operations to define plans, establish KPIs across functions, analyze performance and drive profitability and cash generation, while guiding budget, forecasts and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years FP&A experience (oil & gas preferred), SAP/Hyperion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• At least 8 years FP&A experience, oil & gas preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion.
• Advanced MS Excel user.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business finance partner and help Operations define relevant plan to grow.
• Define KPIs to measure performance across manufacturing, R&D, engineering, supply chain, commissioning.
• Analyze performance and propose actions to improve profitability and cash generation, including corrective actions.
• Manage the business cycle—3-year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.
• Provide advice and guidance to management on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area.
• Contribute towards decisions with cross-functional implications and business relevance.
• Communicate high-level concepts to Senior leadership & executives.
• Deliver professional work through single- or multi-layered teams; lead projects.
