Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a highly analytical Planning and Performance Management Specialist to join the Planning and Support group within the Executive Development & Compensation organization. This role focuses on developing and maintaining financial models, tracking KPIs, and delivering insights to drive business decisions and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline (Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred).
Nine (9) years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or performance management.
Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting tools, Excel, FP&A software, and ERP systems.
Experience with accounts payable processes and AP automation software.
Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Familiarity with lean principles and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Support development of business plans, including financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and align with company goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance data to inform planning decisions.
Review and analyze operating statements to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and expenses and track KPIs.
Provide recommendations to management on financial performance and areas for improvement.
Review AP metrics and payment processes to optimize terms and accuracy.
Collaborate with AP team to implement process improvements.
Manage existing contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations; assist with new contracts and compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and resolve discrepancies.
Support special projects in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
