NES Fircroft is seeking an FP&A Manager for Saudi Arabia to lead regional planning, analysis and reporting. The role is office-based, contractor-style, with a 6-month assignment.

You will partner with operations to define plans, establish KPIs across functions, analyze performance and drive profitability and cash generation, while guiding budget, forecasts and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years FP&A experience (oil & gas preferred), SAP/Hyperion

• Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion.
• Advanced MS Excel user.

Role Summary

Our Finance Team provides support and insight for the business through planning, analysing and reporting. We use extensive data to aid important decision making that impacts our global organisation and to identify areas for improvement. Essential Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing regional FP&A and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. This Position requiring thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as a business finance partner and helps Operations define relevant plan to grow
• Defining KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- manufacturing, R&D, engineering, supply chain, commissioning.
• Analysing the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
• Managing the business cycle- 3-year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.
• Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects, programs in the functional area and ways of working.
• Contributing towards taking important decisions with business relevance or supporting business in making decisions understanding broader cross-functional implications.
• Communicating high-level concepts to Senior leadership & executives.
• Delivering specialized professional work delivered by single-layered team or professional work delivered by multi-layered teams.
• Handling complex professional work in the department. Cases are unique and sometimes without precedent. Knowledge management & developing new approaches is important.
• Leading, designing, and implementing of projects.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Have at least 8 years of experience in FP&A Operations, preferably within Oil & Gas
• Have knowledge of SAP and Hyperion
• Be an advanced MS Office & Excel user
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Great interpersonal and leadership skills
