Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a highly skilled Planning & Performance Analyst to join Global Manufacturing Planning & Performance Management Department (GM PPMD). You will translate financial and operational data into actionable insights to drive profitability and efficiency across refining, chemicals, NGLs, midstream, and power.

You will partner with operations, lead benchmarking studies, develop budgeting and forecasting frameworks, ensure IFRS compliance, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering; MBA or relevant cert preferred.
• 10+ years in planning, performance management, or financial analysis; 5+ years in refining, chemicals, NGLs, midstream or power.
• Expertise in financial accounting, management accounting, strategic planning, governance & compliance.
• Strong capability with BI tools and data modeling; extract insights from complex data.
• Proven track record delivering performance improvements in asset-intensive industries; lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical findings and recommendations for Planning & Performance Management tasks.
• Lead benchmarking studies and develop improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with business/operational counterparts in P&PM.
• Analyze variances and costs; translate findings into actionable insights and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling frameworks.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and governance in planning and reporting.
• Mentor junior analysts and P&PM personnel.
