Responsibilities

• Lead technical management, support and development of core banking applications, ensuring stability and governance.
• Oversee delivery of system enhancements and releases with technical readiness and cross‑team communication.
• Resolve complex technical incidents with root cause analysis and vendor escalation to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate interface testing and certification for system integrations, ensuring production readiness.
