Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an experienced professional to shape backend banking solutions, translating business needs into detailed specs for delivery. You will apply deep knowledge of Payments, Lending, Wealth Management, or Risk to anticipate gaps and guide the project from concept to implementation.

You will work closely with stakeholders, QA, and development teams to ensure the final product satisfies regulatory constraints and user needs while driving efficient, modern digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Banking/FinTech experience, with familiarity in KYC/AML/ISO 20022.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable technical specs.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments with JIRA/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Translate high level business needs into clear technical specs (BRDs/FRDs).
• Leverage banking workflows to spot gaps and prevent issues.
• Be the main contact for project owners and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with QA and Dev teams to verify solutions meet user goals.
• Lead workshops to simplify legacy processes into digital experiences.
