Job summary

MENA HR Solutions LLC (IBD Group) in Oman seeks a Senior Contract Engineer to oversee construction and civil engineering contracts across pre-award to close-out, including tendering, commercial evaluation, and awarding decisions.

You will manage procurement governance, track costs, progress, and changes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local procedures and regulations, while promoting ICV and Oman-sourced goods and services.

Qualifications

• Manage ongoing contracts and associated processes in line with company procedures.
• Conduct tendering and commercial evaluation, bid analysis and award recommendations.
• Support negotiations for claims, variations, changes and disputes, coordinating with end users and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Management on contract administration needs and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, policies and relevant standards.
• Demonstrate procurement and contracts management expertise, including cost, processes and financial impact.
• Manage tender communications, prepare bid documents and respond to clarifications.
• Develop commercial evaluation models and participate in technical evaluation.
• Maintain interfaces with Facilities, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR and IT.
