Job summary

Al Attiyah Architectural Constructions seeks a senior operations manager to lead and execute all construction projects in the Oman branch. You will drive commercial strategy, oversee the marketing and sales team, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to contract and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction and contracting, including senior project or operations management.
• Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously.
• Extensive experience in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, procurement and cost control.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, claims, variations and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
