Qualifications

• 10–15 years of real estate/construction experience.
• End-to-end project delivery experience.
• Strong coordination with architects, consultants and contractors.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and quality within safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of project execution from mobilisation through completion and handover.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, milestones and construction plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the approved time, cost, quality and scope.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks and dependencies and take timely corrective action.
• Monitor progress against planned milestones and provide regular management updates.
• Oversee civil construction activities including excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing and external development.
• Coordinate with site teams, architects, consultants, contractors and vendors.
