Job Opening for Head- Civil at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd in the Oil and Gas division at Saudi Arabia(Al Khobar)

Experience: 20 + years’ experience in Oil & Gas/ Infrastructure industry.

(Ideal candidate should have work experience in middle east/Saudi Arabia in pipeline industry and should have work experience in stations and buildings construction)

Area of Responsibilities:-

• Understand customer’s expectations & requirement and percolate to subordinates
• Conduct trade and functional training programs for subordinates.
• Motivating and managing site personnel as team leader.
• Ensure adherence to standards established by the company
• Conceptual Planning of the Project
• Planning and Estimation of Site Infrastructure
• Resource Mobilization & its monitoring for effective usage
• Overall administration of the Project.
• Timely submission of monthly bills, labour bills, purchase bills & responsible for preparation and certification of Final Bills and reconciliation of material.
• Responsible to minimize wastage of Construction Material.
• Liaison with Client / Consultants.
• Timely completion of project within the time frame and maintaining quality of Work at all stages as per specifications.
