• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects planning execution handover
• Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors and internal teams
• Develop project schedules budgets and resource plans
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local regulations safety standards and quality requirements
• Manage procurement processes and subcontractor performance
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Oversee contract administration variations and claims
• Ensure effective cost control and financial tracking of projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in building construction and contracting
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed‑use projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations in Oman/GCC
• Experience in handling subcontractors and multi‑disciplinary teams
• Familiarity with contract forms (e.g., FIDIC) is preferred
• PMP certification is a plus
