Job summary

Paanayil Heavy Engineering Projects is seeking a skilled supervisor for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works in As Sudiyah, Al Buraymi Governorate, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and minimum 5+ years experience in real estate construction.

The candidate must be proficient in RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing works, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-track environment. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in real estate construction.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing works.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-track environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and daily site activities.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and compliance with approved drawings.
• Conduct inspections and maintain daily progress records.
• Support timely completion in line with the project schedule.
