Job summary

Oman Investment Authority in Muscat seeks a Senior Buy-Side Financial Analyst to advance investment performance through deep fundamental and quantitative research across equities and fixed income.

You will build complex financial models, generate high-conviction ideas, and present buy/hold/sell recommendations to the Fund Manager and Investment Committee, helping drive benchmark-outperforming portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of buy-side or sell-side investment experience.
• 2–3 years buy-side experience with a track record of stock/bond ideas.
• Direct experience covering GCC/MENA public equities, sovereign/corporate bonds, or Sukuk.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bottom-up fundamental analysis and build three-statement models across issuers and sectors.
• Perform macroeconomic and industry trend research to identify opportunities and risks.
• Monitor portfolio performance and attribution to support rebalancing decisions.
• Draft investment memos and present trade ideas to the Investment Committee.
