Job summary

Oman Investment Authority seeks an Investment Manager for the Financial Services Sector's Private Equity team. You will originate, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities; manage portfolio performance; and help develop new investment products and exits. Collaboration with Capital Raising and other teams is essential.

The role requires extensive private equity experience, strong financial modelling, and insight into sector dynamics to drive value creation across the investment cycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of private equity/related investment experience.
• Experience in sector-focused investing, value creation and exit execution.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities; ability to build robust investment cases.

Responsibilities

• Originate and evaluate investment opportunities within the assigned sector.
• Lead transaction execution including due diligence, structuring and negotiation.
• Develop and monitor value creation plans and portfolio performance.
• Prepare investment memorandums and governance approvals; support exits.
