Job summary

You will lead advanced financial models, support deal execution, and present insights to senior leadership while mentoring junior analysts.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with 3–5 years of private equity or related experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment management, corporate finance, or financial advisory.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, valuation, and managing investment portfolios.
• Exposure to deal execution, due diligence, and transaction structuring is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance including financial results and KPIs.
• Lead development and review of advanced financial models for investments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual portfolio reports for senior management.
• Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and value creation.
• Identify and pursue new investment opportunities with market screening.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, DCF, comps, and feasibility studies.
• Lead or participate in due diligence including financial and operational reviews.
• Coordinate with bankers, advisors, auditors, and legal counsel on transactions.
• Assist in structuring investments considering financial, tax, and legal implications.
• Monitor macroeconomic and industry trends to optimize portfolio strategy.
• Contribute to exit strategies and investor communications.
• Ensure documentation, governance, and compliance across portfolio activities.
• Mentor junior analysts and support team development.
