We are hiring for a senior leadership role with a leading banking transformation program in Saudi Arabia.

Seeking an experienced Test / Quality Engineering leader with strong expertise across Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Treasury, Corporate & Retail Banking, and large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Test Strategy, Governance, Execution & Release Management
• Drive QE Transformation, Automation, AI-led Testing & Continuous Testing initiatives
• Manage enterprise banking releases, regulatory programs, BAU & strategic transformation projects
• Define quality KPIs, risk management frameworks & release readiness governance
• Manage large distributed QE teams, vendors & multi-stream delivery programs
• Partner with Business, Technology & Executive stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases

Required Experience

• 20+ years in Testing / Quality Engineering
• 15+ years in Test Management leadership roles
• Strong Banking domain expertise across:

• Core Banking
• Digital Banking
• Payments (SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, ISO 20022, Cards)
• Treasury & Trade Finance
• Retail & Corporate Banking
• Experience with KSA/GCC banking programs is mandatory
• Strong exposure to Agile, DevOps, Automation, API & Performance Testing
• Experience managing large QE teams
• Strong proficiency in Arabic and English
