Qualifications

• Strong leadership and financial reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery of development projects to meet timelines, specs and budget.
• Manage assets portfolio cash flow, CAPEX & OPEX planning and reporting.
• Coordinate with lenders, authorities and vendors for financial and operational success.
• Oversee marketing, leasing, tenant relations and safety across the property.
