Job summary

be’ah is seeking a senior financial leader to direct day-to-day financial operations, ensure IFRS compliance, and optimize ERP systems for greater efficiency and scale. The role emphasizes internal controls, audit governance, and capital management across AR, AP, and fixed assets.

The successful candidate will drive digitalization of finance processes and lead a mid-to-large finance team, reporting to the GM - Financial Strategist for long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting and finance or MBA.
• 10+ years in corporate accounting/financial operations; 5–7 years in senior leadership.
• Strong governance, audit closure, working capital management, and ERP optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce a robust financial control framework across receivables, payables and fixed assets in compliance with IFRS and regulations.
• Lead internal and external audit engagements and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Drive cash flow optimization and working capital strategies, including aggressive receivable collection and vendor payment timing.

Education

Master of Science in Accounting and Finance or MBA

ACCA CMA CIMA CA or equivalent
