Job summary

Real Estate Souq in Oman seeks a seasoned Mall Operations Manager to oversee daily mall operations, supervise security, maintenance, and customer service, and coordinate with contractors. The role includes leading leasing for retail spaces, attracting tenants, and negotiating terms while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The candidate will manage tenant relationships, supervise teams across operations, marketing, and facilities, and drive profitability through occupancy and service

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in retail leasing, shopping malls, or commercial real estate.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and administrative abilities.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (Odoo is an advantage).
• GCC experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mall operations and ensure smooth functionality.
• Lead leasing activities for retail shops, kiosks, and commercial spaces.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships and handle tenant issues and escalations.
• Lead mall operational and commercial teams and set KPIs.
• Prepare and manage annual operational and leasing budgets and monitor costs.
• Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to boost footfall and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety and health requirements.
• Prepare reports for senior management and maintain proper documentation.
