Job summary

gu-recruitment seeks an accomplished construction leader to oversee executive-level direction of multiple projects from planning through handover. The role requires guiding execution strategies, managing complex budgets, and ensuring compliance with codes, safety, and contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in construction, including 5+ years in senior leadership, with strong real estate development and contractor management experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience in real estate development and contractor management.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, contracts, FIDIC basics, planning, cost control, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects from pre-construction to handover and defect liability.
• Approve and monitor master schedules, baseline programs, cash flows, procurement plans, and progress reports.
• Manage consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet contractual obligations and escalate risks.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, authority approvals, building codes, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
• Identify design, procurement, cost, legal, and site risks with mitigation actions and coordinate with stakeholders.
