Job summary

confidential is seeking a seasoned Security & Safety Senior Manager to lead operations across malls in Riyadh. You will ensure safety of people and assets, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and business continuity while driving customer safety.

Lead governance, manage life safety systems, coordinate with Mall Managers and authorities, and guide a high-performing team with budget responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Insurance & Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in large public facilities such as malls, mixed-use developments, hospitality, airports, or similar.
• Experience managing outsourced security contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting new developments and mall openings.
• Strong knowledge of Security, Safety, Fire & Life Safety regulations.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CPP, PSP, NFPA, or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Security & Safety strategies, policies, standards, and governance frameworks across all malls.
• Lead Security & Safety operations, ensuring effective risk management, emergency preparedness, and business continuity.
• Oversee security incidents, safety events, crisis management, and corrective actions.
• Manage Security & Life Safety systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and emergency communication systems.
• Monitor and manage security service providers, contractors, vendors, and contractual service levels.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with Security & Safety standards.
