Job summary

OQ8 Oman Refinery is seeking a Team Leader, Administration & Logistics to oversee a broad range of admin and logistics duties, including budget preparation and control. The role requires guiding a team of professionals, ensuring SLA adherence, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across customers, partners, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, at least 10 years of relevant experience in the oil sector, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related disciplines.
• 10 years experience in a similar role within a large oil industry organization.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; Arabic is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team for the development and delivery of a range of Administration & Logistics services.
• Supervise travel requirements for the business and vendors to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Manage office contracts, leases, and service level agreements (SLAs) with preferred suppliers and analyses of quotations.
