Specialized Import and Trading LLC - Oman, Muscat is seeking an experienced showroom salesperson. The role requires 5-12 years in showroom automobile sales, preferably with premium brands, and a Bachelor’s degree or MBA.

The candidate should excel in communication and negotiation and deliver excellent customer service. Offer includes free accommodation, food, and transportation, with the goal of meeting monthly and annual targets while maintaining showroom standards and high customer

Qualifications

• 5-12 years showroom sales experience
• Premium automotive brands experience is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA required

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations/test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and warranty options.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate sales within company guidelines.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain records of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration to ensure delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery and complete documentation.
• Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on new models and promotions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
