Job summary

Case In Point Consulting is seeking a Sales Executive to grow poultry sales (table eggs and live birds) across the region, with a focus on Oman. You will develop new business opportunities, manage relationships with customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, and expand market presence.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience in poultry and a solid understanding of the MENA market, with strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling table eggs and/or live birds.
• Based in Oman or willing to relocate.
• BS in Business Admin, Marketing, Agriculture or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of table eggs and live birds within assigned markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Manage existing accounts while expanding the customer base.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on inquiries.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall commercial objectives.
• Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of table eggs and live birds within assigned markets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers distributors wholesalers and retailers
• Manage existing customer accounts while expanding the customer base
• Prepare quotations negotiate commercial terms and follow up on customer inquiries
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate with production logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery
• Prepare sales reports forecasts and market updates for management
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company s overall commercial objectives
• Represent the company in customer meetings industry events and business development activities
