Job summary

Case in Point Consulting in Oman is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth of our poultry business by selling table eggs and live birds across the region. The role emphasizes developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and expanding market presence within the MENA region.

Ideal candidates will have proven sales experience in table eggs or live birds, a strong understanding of the poultry industry, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales of table eggs and/or live birds in the MENA region.
• Based in Oman preferred.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of table eggs and live birds within assigned markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Manage existing customer accounts while expanding the customer base.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall commercial objectives.
• Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
